I’m an executive editor at Foreign Affairs magazine and the author of The Lumumba Plot. I’ve written for publications including The Atlantic, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Bloomberg Businessweek, Politico Magazine, and Slate. I grew up in Ontario and Ohio, and got a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College. I live in New Jersey with my wife and children.
